I feel like this happened because after memory tried to get into the hero course even tho he had perfect grades and all the requirements the hero commission banned him and after this, he lost all motivation and just wanted to stop time and try to find what to do.
This was really good it was very emotional I liked it ☺️ and the song was really good

Because he is quirkless(having never got one for all or met all might) and the hero commission doesn’t want their system to be overturned by a quirkless hero.

It’s an AU in which the UA School board lied about accepting Quirkless into the hero department of UA so in this AU Izuku doesn’t get OFA and gets rejected for the Hero course.
Seriously, if he got third in the test shouldnt he be allowed in like its dumb
