When you're young, cuts will heal nicely, leaving little to no scars. But when you're old, like this woman, it will heal but it can leave a permanent scar. Even when young, some scars are permanent. Plus, some people are more prone to scarring than others.

Plastic surgery is never the solution to husband and wife issues.
