Why doesn't Bono sing the chorus?, is he saving up voice or.... does he use a pre-recorded part at concerts (for the higher parts) ?? mysterious..

You can hear them take it a semi-tone down after they mess up, so I'd imagine that he struggles a bit with the higher bits and probably wants to save his voice for the gig. Probably also why they changed it to an acoustic version for the current tour.

I saw them a couple of times in that tour, he sang the song live and did good on the chorus (no help)

@@tora7789 at 2:09 you can hear Edge suggest they take it semi-tone down, and then afterwards they play it like that which Bono seems more comfortable with.

sound is not out of sync... they use onstage amps for sound check (not full stadium amp) the delay is because phone is far away from sound and takes 500ms to arrive .... i think ;)
