That equipment is so much better than the old T-10 chute I jumped in the 1960's.

I served with the 173 in Vietnam. Best damn and bravest soldiers I ever served with. 173 proud!

God bless America and the brave soldiers and their parents for offering their help. But still, no soldier from any country deserves to die.

Army brat here. Most of my life spent on bases, especially Germany. But my pops was good at taking my sister and me around all of Europe to see things. Once we went to Camp Darby in Italy, as part of a vacation, memories...the valley these boys are jumping in reminds me of the general area.

Airborne Ranger is the life for me for nothing in this world is free. Halo Halo infantry Queen of Battle follow me. We'll be there when the morning comes we'll f#$&k there minds up with our guns for were the best that they will see were Airborne Ranger Infantry. Never forget.

I had a three year tour in Vicenza wayyyyyy back in 1983 to 1986. Then, these guys were from the 4/325 ABCT. Outstanding soldiers for sure!!!

I am proud of the 173rd. patch on my right shoulder. There are damned few of us from RVN left. 2/503 & Casper Aviation Platoon Door Gunner,

i don't recall where my air jumps were, but I started completing them when I was like 12; maybe 14.

Equipment that is (not common to all) as we say in the military. It means Equipment that all soldiers deploy with. So there may be additional radios, MOPP Equipment, extra ammo etc.
