The men and women of US air force are awesome

Great video, Time has changed. I was there in 75 crew chief on F4's. My best experience on and off base. Base commander was Col. Joe Kittinger who was very respected and a Great person.

Joe Kittinger was your base commander? Holy sh*t! I read all about him years ago. That high altitude freefall he did was feckin' amazing!

I live a few miles from R.A.F. Lakenheath (LN) where 3 squadrons of F15s are based, I hear them take off everyday. Awesome aircraft.

Thank God for that. Just remember the WACS of WWII....flying EVERY type of aircraft in the military arsenal. From the final assembly plant to the planes departure point.

Awesome women, beautiful airplane.

I am so proud of our men and women of the military, especially the Air Force since I served in the AF stationed at Nellis AFB Las Vegas from 1984 to 1988. Loved it there, we had a lot of different aircraft but a lot of F-15's and F-16's. I am so happy and proud to see an all women crew. I served with a lot of great women during my time in the military. God Bless you all.

I was stationed at Nellis from '85-'88. Actually 4477th TES, TTR. Do you remember when the used to televise Red Flag all over the base? You could watch it while at the BX!

Nice to see the RAF Typhoons at Mountain Home, 6 Sqd and 41 Sqd markings on 2 of them.

Indeed they role models worthy of emulation by young generations. God bless America.

I see them lead out the birds on their way but I notice some remove before flight ribbons near the armament and nose gear. Who removes that? Before they get on the runway??

Yeah, there's an arming/de-arming pad they'll go to before takeoff where they pull all those.

@@briannolasco4911 Correct. There are ground crew who have the specific job of arming/de-arming the weapons loadout. It's done on a pad away from everyone/everything else for safety reasons.

EOR (End of Runway) crews pull all the pins just before take off. That's SOP for U.S. Air Force.

Государство поощряет полеты любителей невзирая на возраст и пол. И невзирая на авиакатастрофы. Есть примерно 100 тыс. человек с лицензией пилота И поощряет стрелков из любого оружия невзирая на преступления и расстрелы. Тут есть примерно 100 млн граждан. Поэтому американцы умеют летать и стрелять лучше всех на свете. Что то в этом есть такое, древнеримское. Не дай Бог кому либо на это напасть.

Dad was 1st MAW Vietnam, and for many years stationed on Okinawa in the late 70's early 80's. He ALWAYS took care of his flight crew and especially the Plane Captain (usually a Corporal who my dad always said were the backbone of the Corps). He would pass on 🚬 and 🍺 and always looked after their well being. Dad was buried at Miramar a few years back as a full Colonel. A retired Gunny that worked with my dad called him a Marine's Marine. So while there may be no official fraternization from "pilot's country", there are unofficial ways to show respect to the enlisted ranks.

I was in another plane going home when I heard the National Guard F-15-E take off. Straight up after the end of the runway! That Bad Boy was about 500 feet away and those Twin Engines go push that Pilot into a 9G Happy place. F100 and never look a Gift Horse in the mouth.

The logs stay with the plane since they are maintenance logs.
