Approx a month ago Derron Winn had his 1st UFC fight, that was a sequence that occured during the fight (he got tagged) also he kept going for a knee (that wasnt really there) during the clinch.

AKA is a camp thats known to train their fighters to have good conditioning. Khabib, DC, Cain and many others have great cardio.

I've been a boxer all my life and I never understood wrestling or grappling, always thought it was gay. However, I've just started to get into it a bit more & it is such a wholesome art.
