I tried yesterday for my Son and daughter in law Virundhu(my sister's son) in our house. It came very well. It has been years I made mutton receipes in our house My Son liked very much and everyone liked it. Thank U . Actually yesterday menu was: COCONUT MILK RICE CHICKEN KULAMBU CHICKEN FRY&65 MUTTON CHUKKA LIVER FRY& BOILED EGG ETC .. .... ACTUALLY MUTTON CHUKKA ALSO YOUR RECIPE I DID. MY HUSBAND ALSO LIKED IT. Eral varuval looks very tasty and healthy using spices seems it with give it a nice flavour and your tips to make it perfectly was nice gravy making procedure and adding half cooked eral makes this recipe unique and different.
