2½ cup urad well Soaked
¼ cup laal masoor
2 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
¼ cup onion
2 bay leaves
1 kg meat
½ cup oil
2 bay leaves
2 inch cinnamon stick
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1½ tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tomato
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 Black cardamom
1 mace
4 5 green cardamom
1/8 nutmeg
½ tsp pepper corns
