Visited the shop after seeing this video. 1. Once advance amount is paid, your car will take last priority. 2. Shop owner will expect you to leave the car for 'n' number of days, unless you don't demand. 3. No guarantee that your vehicle will not get scratches in your absence 4. If the car is left in the shop, work will be done late in the night without proper lighting and no guarantee for quality of work. 5. Easily they will miss to fix some of the small parts like clips/screws unless you supervise them

But his feedback should be seen as allegation against the company as personal vengeance only. Even i we can feel mistake and faulty for crore of expensive products like Rolce Royce cars or even more if he able to travel at a charted flight

I have been their customer since 2020. Fitted touch screen displays from them for my Xylo and i10. Their service will be good until you buy from them. After sales service is poor. Even if there's a minor work in their system they wouldn't care or spend time. When they're new to market they used to respond quick. Now they have grown a lot. They will undertake only big works. If you go for small accessories they will ignore you.

Can we adjust driver seat height in after market?

Not recommended if you are going with alto,celerio or other small cars, they won’t even consider and avoid nicely. Charging heavily but their works are not upto the mark. I went there for audio upgrade and charged 19k and the output is worst. You will get better sound output with less amount in GP road. Their wiring was so pathetic. They took the wiring from the android set instead of battery. Also they told this is the output you will for 19k. If you have big cars then they will treat you well. If you have small cars then you will be regretted. At the end I removed all their things from my car and did it again from another shop. Still I’m regretting about this.

You will get only chinna make. If you ask something but this guy Arvind recommends something else. The rate is very high. And he will check what are the accessories going to change and how much profit he will get. If you go for small accessories changes like horen the response from him all staff are busy come some other day. Please make sure get the price lists first then go for it.
