I'm one of the few Americans that fast I've made it 15 days but I'm sure I need to fast for 100 days when you fast your body goes into repair mode by eating up all your damaged tissue nothing better for your health, the Pharmacuedical have spent billions of dollars to develop a pill to duplicate water a water fast can do and they have failed as usual.

The thing is, Nelson says that Fury is brilliant at mind game-defeating opponents before they get in the ring. I agree. So when that doesn't work he might feel quite scared of the unknown. He hasnt been able to get a grip on Usyk, and in fact I believe Usyk might turn the screw within the coming days and make Fury feel like the hunted. Usyk called himself "I am white rabbit", but his nickname has always been "the cat". The Lion is an apex predator. But you can also call it a cat.

Try doing Lent instead of ramadan next year.

​@peternagy-im4be weight loss and discipline are the main achievements. It's very beneficial, especially for those who are unable to exercise that want to lose weight and make themselves feel good. Iv tried it (not for that long) but it improved my state of mind, made me feel good and gave me more confidence.

@@roblloyd6082 your stomach will start to shrink the more you fast and the more weight you lose, so when you do start eating again you become full quicker with less portions. Also if you eat healthy then you will maintain a healthy weight what is right for you.

Theres so much more to it than weight loss and discipline ; it improves mental clarity and mood , initiates autophagy in the body (the cleansing of the body via the removal of dead cells) and increases energy levels.@@user-cw5qp7ty9t

I'm not convinced Fury can out box Usyk, the only boxer on Usyk level Fury faced was Klitschko who was most likily more declined than Usyk is at this stage and Fury was at his best and most certainly declined himself now. In that fight Fury couldn't land anything of note on Klitschko he missed alot and was very ineffective so I can't see him being any better than that vs Usyk at this stage, Klitschko was ineffective himself but he did actually land better punches than Fury did and was slightly more effective than Fury.

I disagree, i think fury has got better as his fight now includes hitting hard and following through. So his dance will equal uysk but he can hit harder like wilder 2

@@scottybottybanana Fury could hit hard and through pre Wilder 2 if watch back his fights, he spent time with Steward learning the Kronk style earlier in career, I believe Steward cornered him for 1 fight I forget which one now. He focused on that for Wilder rematch as learned in first fight he stiffened Wilders legs multiple times and could of followed with 2nd and 3rd phase attacks. Freddie Roach was in corner first fight and imploring Tyson to follow up attacks as believed he could knock Wilder out in that fight.

Klitschko wasn't on Usyk's level and he knew it. He sparred Usyk as preparation for the Fury fight, and Usyk gave him angles and footwork problems. Johnnt Nelson apparently saw it. So Wlad went into the Fury fight knowing movement was an achilles heel of his. Usyk also recently stated that he's been watching Fury with intent since he beat Wlad.

@@DirtyJamesUK Yes I agree, at that stage in Klitschko career atleast his timing had wained movers was an issue, even Jennings was a problem for him by moving, younger Klitschko was sharper though and dealt with movers very well. Still Fury couldn't hit Klitschko and lost the ring generalship, I have to think that Usyk vs that Klitschko would of soundly out boxed him.

I'm amazed how many people are writing off Fury. Yes he's annoying and hasn't been anywhere near as active as he should have been the past few years and was poor against Francis. But when it counts he delivers. It would not surprise me if he smothers Usyk and wins.

Johnnys dream is my prediction and has been for a while , although i think its the other way round. I think Usyk will be up against biased judging for Fury. I truly hope i'm wrong , and Usyk shows the world what Fury really is..........a charlatan

Almost. Fury's skill level is widely recognised as top level, but I don't believe in the unbeatable man. Fury is a top level survivor, blag artist and conman and he's due his comeuppance. Ngannou very nearly gave it to him. Usyk is the perfect man for the job. Joshua would be trouble for Fury too. Surviving 12 against Joshua's power or Usyk's consistent pressure is not going to be easy. Even in his prime I think these 2 give him real problems.

Usyk comprehensively schooled Dubois if you watch the fight without the low blow. While Usyk was taking on Dubois, Fury was wobbling home to a points victory over some wrestler guy. Usyk already beaten an elite heavyweight in Joshua, he's going to run rings around Fury, wear him down and knock him over late, maybe a few times. IF Fury climbs in the ring with him, which is doubtful.

Great analysis. So Joshua cracking Usyk to the body multiple times in their second encounter doesn't factor into this genius insight I take it. What you will be seeing is Dubois cracking him full force in the bladder and saying "that's a legal shot right there" because Brick Top said so.

Fury is massively overrated. Usyk will do a number on him. Technically far better and beaten elite competition away from home time after time.

I know pundits have to pretend to everyone and possibly themselves that Usyk Fury will be close to keep everyone engaged but it's so obvious that Usyk will dismantle Fury. A KO before the end of the sixth round. Fury is totally overrated

It's time for his comeuppance, but if he does somehow beat Usyk I'll have to give him his dues. Don't see it happening, but then if he could beat Joshua too I'd have to admit I've been wrong about him. Those 2 victories would convince me. But those are 2 of the fights I think Fury's been avoiding for years!
