Hi Dheeraj. Thanks for bringing the video on uPVC windows. Thanks to Gaurav for showing around his product line. I must mention that I was expecting Gaurav to show the option of double glazed, triple glazed window options. Also, so they offer products with trickle vents in them? Do they offer windows in flushed look which are more modern looks of uPVC windows?

thanks for the video , have been planning for a new commercial building the thing that worried me is its hearsay that if the lock of the window panel is damaged then the whole window needs to be replaced is it true . Next I would love to have a fair idea of the tentaive cost per sq. ft . Do you have any outlet in Silguri.

Sir... neither the locks get bad so easily (ofcourse if they are of cheap quality like touch lock - then the locks are bad) and neither you need to change the window if lock goes bad. Please contact us on mydvc.in/urbandorz and we can try to give you a good product with a good deal.

Upvc....15-20 Saal se india mein use ho raha hai magar abhi tak 15-20 Saal purana method he use kiya ja raha hai....Yahan urban dorz wale kuch naya method use kar rahe hain.....Kuch log jinko poori jankari nahi hai Upvc doors windows assemble karne ki woh log Upvc work par shaq paida karwa rahe hain... ki ch log saste ya kam rates ki demand mein iski qualities ke sath khel khel rahe hain...iske manufacturing method ko change kar rahe hain !

We would say if you compare windows based on performance - Safety, Security, Solar Insulation & Sound Insulation - and them compare Cost to Performance ratio, you will find your answer. A material which requires regular expense for maintenance and is prone to weather, expansion-contraction, needs regular polishing & Termite Treatment and performs low on several parameters - if that is a choice someone has to make is probably a personal choice.

There can be many ways you can cover your balcony, but our most famous and well accepted solution is a mix of fixed glass & Tilt & Turn windows in some portion. This gives best sealing against traffic sound or dust from outside when closed. It allows you to have open air when you want it amd also is extremely easy to clean & maintain in comparison to other kinds of windows.

Good presentation, but importantly you haven't provided comparison between aluminum and uPVC windows. Also the cost of the both types should have been provided in the your video.

Request you to please scroll down this video and also check few of other videos where we have answered to similar queries. As with regards to comparing with other materials, please understand we have tried to highlight advantages of windows made with uPVC - something we are making, sell and specialise in. For other materials, we expect their sellers should better speak about what advantages they can offer and then customers should use their wisdom to select what suits them best.

Yes Sir, door applications are available in uPVC... but only for external applications. We DO NOT suggest use of these doors for internal usage or for application at bathroom or store rooms. Since biggest advantage of uPVC Doors is good sealing against external elements and their resistance to extreme weather conditions, they are best suited for any external area use.

Extremely efficient - please watch our next video where we have tried to explain in detail how we achieve Sound Insulation. In technical terms, we can achieve sound insulation upto 45 db which in simple terms means we get very quite and comfortable interior to live peacefully.

In our previous videos we have covered this subject... but nevertheless, you can contact us with your specific enquiry and we will be pleased to give you a good solution. Just to be a little bit more specific to your question, please understand the Double Glazed glass is NOT a good solution for sound insulation. This is good to achieve Solar Insulation. For sound, a different application of glass is more likely to give you better result.

What about security without safety grills in windows and if it is outer door

There is no fixed formula to say if the Casement Window or Sliding window is more expensive them the other... it depends on several reasons based on your specific requirement as to which window shall be more appropriate to use in such conditions. I would suggest - the cost difference in these 2 might not much different but choosing correct window application for particular use is more important.
