For those that want to know the actual definition of "corrogated": shaped into alternate ridges and grooves. It could be used in roofing or walls or whatever to add structure strength.

You mentioned using the discharge on 100% cotton, but what about cotton blends, silk, polyester, rayon and other synthetics? It may seem like a weird question, but I do fashion design and really would love to be able to create specialty prints on a small scale for some of my work. Do you have an ink recommendation that would work for those fibers? I would prefer something that is not plastisol if possible.

Yes. You will need a 100% cotton garment in order for discharge processes to work properly. Water based inks give you a nice fashion-forward feel. Check out silicone based inks as well. Very soft. Our Poly line prints really well on most spandex materials. I recommend grabbing a quart and testing it out. Fluid Inks - Poly.

Depends on the material. If nylon you can use plastisol with a nylon additive

@@Jeffreynelius Nothing. Discharge is the process of literally removing the pigment from the garment. It lasts the longest before it is not "ink" . It literally is the shirt (re dyed)

Hello What kind of ink I can use for non woven fabrics? non woven bags especially? I can not use plastisol ink cuz I cant heat up fabric to 300-320 degree it melts, so I use water based ink but sometimes it is way too light colored What ink do you recommend?

Solvent is solvent based. It's a different type of ink that is typically either air or UV cured. Mostly used in promotional products printing or signage. It aheres well to most plastics. Ventilation is a must because it's pretty smelly. Plastisol can be used for most textiles including bags.
