Simple and short video but covers all concepts thank you... my question here is can you please explain the process and types of documents exchanged between buyer and seller after LOI is issued? LC comes in last stage but before LC what actually happens ... if you can cover that would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hi You have misquoted the way LC function at 2.42 you have said that “bene will submit docs to negotiating bank and will get payment” this is not correct at all Negotiating bank will send the docs to issuing bank or confirming bank as per instructions in LC Also you have missed on Reimbursement bank in this diagram

Sir agar mujhe 20% payment shipment pe aur remaining 80% satisfactory installation and working of 9 months ke baad karna ho to kaun sa lc hoga but mere fund ki validity 2 months ki hai , to kya ye payment ruk jaegi
