Except, I was thoroughly convinced that I was awake, because I was dreaming that I got up, brushed my teeth, put on my uniform, and was about to leave the house. Like, this was all a dream, but I thought it was really happening. Long story short, I was late for school and my mom yelled at me.

Once I dreamt that I woke up, got ready and went to school. I remember that it was extremly stressfull day. I had 6 classes including politics class with the professor we all hated, croatian class in which we wrote like 3 pages of notes and economy class with the strict professor who that day had random oral exams and after all of that a double period of gym class until 3 pm. So I finally got on the bus get off on my stop walk home and it's 4 pm and I am done and in that moment I woke up. I basiclly had to live that day twice. I woke up tired.

I sometimes get an irl jumpscare. Like, this one time, I were dream-hallucinating (you know, when you're awake but your thoughts get surreal) about my grandma when she suddenly turns into a monster and I woke up that same falling sensation

I had a dream where... Yknow the "A potato flew around my room" vine? I WAS THE POTATO. And I had this really long complicated past because like my family had died and I was the only potato in the fire clan left or something... And I was stuck flying around a room on a ceiling fan for some reason, and I was a lonely potato. And then when the vine was posted, I became very famous and I had this pretty red dress that somehow fit on a potato, and I started a KZread channel and got married to Channing Potatum and... It was great 😂

I am convinced I've made my e world inside my dreams because I always go to those places and it looks like the real world but warped to what I want it to be and for some reasons I have superpowers sometimes like flying is the most common and it feels great.

Omg yes :D Usually these dreams are mixing with the wtf dreams for me :D For example: I'm in my dorm, and there is a zombie apocalipse, but we have to go to the lesson, so we pick up our guns, and shooting the zombies on our way to the uni.... xD Or I'm in my dorm again, but it looks completely different all the time, but the most common thing is that the stairs are always super long (but at least it always looks amazing :D)

Well as far as i'm concerned that 'falling' thing happens when the rhythm of your body slows down too fast! Like you know how your blood starts to run slower and the amount of hearts beats in a minute decreases when you sleep? So when the transition to that stage happens to suddenly your brain starts to panic and think you're dying so it's trying to wake you up ASAP! and that's why you feel like falling and you wake up all stressed!

you forgot about the continuous dream. Every night for a few days you get like a part 1 2 and 3 of your dreams. I had one and it went on for a month!!

Last night I dreamt I fell out of a tree, broke my spine and died but when I hit the ground I woke up and I was like wtf I should be dead.

happens to me all the time and I don't necessarily fall. I was once dreaming that I was laying in bed and my bed tilted and I woke up and was like ??????

I had a dream that I was getting kid napped and my parents were there just looking at me and I was like ARE YOU GINNA SAVE ME and then I woke up to think my parents were creeps and right after all of the things came in my head I was just like... Me: my parents wouldn't really do that to me right?

And some dreams when you dream and they occur in reality after some days and you ask your self I have dreamt of this right?

Omg same cuz I had a dream that I was with my great grandad in heaven since he died a couple of weeks ago... I woke up and cried. At 3am the spooky hour I felt someone hold my hand.. it was probably him.

I really hate those realistic ones where I wake up at like 7:00 (school starts at 7:30 for me) and it takes forever for me to get ready and I keep forgetting stuff and then I end up never getting to school. Fanfic dream. You literally dream a story from a fandom that you have nothing to do with (or do, I have both) and now you have a great storyline you remember and either want to revisit to continue it or somehow write it out.

When I was younger, I always had falling dreams and I could always tell when I was going to get them because I would (for some reason) have a dream beforehand about an airplane that kept getting longer and longer every time I walked down it (so random!). Then I would have the falling dream. I loved it, and I still miss it to this day.
