Can you find out if Mortal Ties, the 50 Kendo move stops the healing from bankai/vizard? Right now there is no counter to them as a "life-haver" when they are losing a 1v1 and pop it to get all their health back

What is the best build for quincy now?

I have my shikai, and I’m currently doing a shikai quest, when I leave shikai world after accepting the quest, and die a couple of times, meditation doesn’t refill my reitsu bar. Any idea why? Is there a cooldown or something? Do I need to kill hollows to be able to kill enter shikai world again?

i believe true vizards just get 2 more traits out of the ones you can pick (hp buff, reaitsu buff, etc) making them have 3 while normal vizards get 1 so we should still be able to have cero and such. not 100% sure though
