In this tutorial, I discuss how to streamline the type generation process for TypeScript GraphQL projects in a monorepo setup. Starting from defining our schema and generating types, we will run through setting up the interface API and the codegen script. We'll then explore the actual process of API Implementation, how to include generated GraphQL types in our Apollo Server and how to build the project for AWS Lambda. Finally, I talk about how to work with these generated types in the context of a React Query front-end.
