yeah could be possible. but for me I experienced quite the same change growing older now (I'm 23 y/o now) but I don't think I switched from introverted to extroverted I just got better at adopting to situations where you have to be more expressive and reach out to people. I'd say you can be good in social situation and seem "extroverted" but still be an introvert

@ErniEQ148Planck Looking into cognitive function is correct. But then again, only he really knows how he gains energy, and that's how he's answered it. Tbh in all the livestreams I've watched of him, he always said that he will talk to ppl when he's down, looking for their guidance, so that might be the way that he gains energy in the E perspective. Taeyong's a wild card so I was surprised but at the same time not that surprised haha (I also previously thought he's an ISFP).

Taeyong is a very interesting person. I'm not sure, but I've never seen an idol like him. I mean, nobody's the same, but Taeyong is the incarnation of one in a million. Everything about him is unique. This MBTI can't even do justice to whatever personality he has. All I know is that he can sometimes be very sensitive and emotional, but he definitely has the purest and strongest heart.

ENTP are more ambivert anyway. So it fits him very well. (The dominant characteristics for this type is extroverted intuition and second is introverted thinking)

E or I refers to cognitive function NOT social introversion/extroversion. His dominant function is extroverted intuition - i.e. possibilities about the outside world rather than possibilities about yourself personally, which would be introverted intuition. Any type can have any social introversion-extroversion level. Every single type has 2 extroverted and 2 introverted cognitive functions.

I don't think we need a test to tell us what kind of person we are, but this was fun and did give us insight into Taeyong's current thoughts. He continues to develop as an artist and as a person, so I wouldn't be surprised if his MBTI changes several times. Taeyong is such a wonderful person! I love that he is unafraid to tell us his true thoughts and show his weaknesses. Through this, we can also witness his growth. @@sadiqazia5100 yes, but the thing is that extroverts recharge by being around other people, while introverts tend to do the opposite. it's actually the only clear difference between extroverted and introverted people. as an introvert i do like to socialize but i would go crazy if i didn't get my alone time😅

I have to agree that MBTI does not define a person. It has definitely made me more aware of who I am and how to deal with my stresses. Some peoples MBTI changed over time and through trauma or good things; somehow mine has stayed INTJ for a very long time. Seeing TY’s growth into a more extroverted person is amazing.
