a cheap or rather cheap fix to a solution they thought might be inviting to tourists what the hell were they thinking, it looks more like an eyesore now than it ever did,ok to the council that did this , you screwed this up, you also made a total mess of whitley bay,get your finger out and take a huge leaf out of south shields book , a place with a pleasure park, super restored marine park ,great golf course with a theme, concerts ect ,what did whitleybay get ,a good shafting
