What cal do you shoot and what rifle and options do you use

It's a 300 RUM with a Leupold VX6 on it. Hand loaded ammo 175gr berger bullets

Man, I missed the shot on the bull so it won't be as cool... but it was 550 one shot... would have been an epic kill shot but it got western fast!
