My home cost 250K and I only earn 42, 000. Interest rates are really low. Probably as low as they will ever be in history again. Clean up your credit and buy a house NOW!!

Such beautiful design. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a house so beautiful. It’s the house of a genius. It must have astronomical upkeep costs. Buying a house is one thing, keeping it up is so very expensive.

... This is not the same house... The house in the movie was outside of Atlanta in Douglasville or Villa Rica somewhere... He designed the steps and entrance of this house to look like the old house... This house is in Vining's and it was about a mile and a half from my old house... I was so mad when Tyler moved but things in our neighborhood changed... It was good while it lasted ... living near Tyler and a lot of benefits... I remember when he built the house he bought two estate houses, knocked them down and built the biggest house in the neighborhood... It took 5 years to build.. I just think it is a shame to do all of that and then just walk away from that estate like that... Now, he owned a very modern estate with bells and whistles in California and I'm sure he keeps a condo or something in Atlanta still... Some sheik will probably end up buying the place...

This home is beautiful! I know its first and foremost a blessing from God. Tyler Perry worked very hard to be where he is today. In the Word it says, "A slack hand causes poverty, but the hand of the diligent makes rich." Proverbs 10.4. He deserves everything his heart desire. What I like about Tyler Perry is gives people jobs off the street. He is putting food on families table. And for that he desrves accalades for doing such an amazing job in our communities.

Kuchi Kopi thank you. Wasn’t no praying going on in that house. The cross dresser had to do what every other celebrity did to get that. Eating and drinking unspeakable things. Conjuring up demons. Sodomy, etc. Wonder how many kids were raped in that house. Well maybe none. Maybe they were raped in the other homes. Tyler does not serve the God of the Bible.
