I don’t know how you almost starved because we have the entire world of cuisine here. Also, I’m British and I don’t just eat beans on toast lol, there’s plenty of delicious comforting foods like pies and fish and chips and beef wellington and Sunday roast that are absolutely delicious. British food is simple yet when done right it’s delicious. Just because something isn’t overloaded with 1,000 every meal l doesn’t mean it can’t be enjoyable
