I love that Davy, beautifully tied as per mate. I'll try that when I get home. I've all those materials 😁👏👏👏
Thats a beauty. Another master class. Thanks Davey. Great video. Another gem.
Great looking fly mate. Just like the last two. That puppy will hunt those hard to get rainbows and browns. Thanks for sharing my friend. Best Regards Ken

Hi Chris, The Short Shank Special or B 160 size 12 would be ok as I do tye them on this hook as well, I'm glad you like the hoppers I tye... All the very best Davie..
Brilliant as always Davie,is the 2 cdc enough to float the fly?any chance you could tie a wet fly for the likes of watten, calder, st John's. I'm fishing in that area in late July early August.thanks for the videos.

Hi Gary, You can keep it up with the two CDC feathers but if you want it a bit higher and longer on top just adding a couple extra will do this though the finer dressed ones do catch a lot fish...I've a few flies on youtube that would easily fish on these waters from your traditional patterns to your modern ones...l have attached a link to my playlist which has a few of them there...Have a great trip... All the very best Davie kzread.info/dash/bejne/hZ91s7KjZcevobA.html
