Can't believe I've been hooked on Priest for 10 years and I literally never heard of Tygers of Pan Tang until a month ago. They absolutely kick ass.

These guys are so freaking good at this. Like, it's almost surreal to make something sound so refreshing and at the same time so classic. You listen to this song once and you know it's instantly a classic. Tygers of Pan Tang inspired musicians like Dave Mustaine and James Heltfield, between a ton others. And they are still going!

I've just listened to this on the surround sound at full blast with the windows rattling and the wife out. Just bloody brilliant.

Good God, are these still going?! When I was 16, my friend lived next door to John Sykes, and we both learned some slick riffs off him. I'm 57 now yikes.

Robert B. These days people judge albums before they even get released. Movies are hated before they are even made. Social Media is destroying ones ability to trust opinions. That’s ok... I never listened to others before, but it’s unfair to the artists.

Though I agree that Tygers don't play metal anymore, I gotta LOL at "Double Zero" for the "true metal" bands he gave as examples. Dude, heavy metal is the sound of the working class, not the sound of stuffing socks down your pants and pretending to be 'ard!

@@doublezero3338 maybe this doesn't sound like heavy metal these days, but back in the 80's these guys were one of the best nwobhm bands, that stands for "new wave of British heavy metal", which was pretty much the beginning of heavy metal, BEFORE Metallica or pantera even existed, listen to spellbound, you're the clueless one acting like you know whats up

Look, I'm aware this band have been around for 30+ years but I just discovered Tygers Of Pan Tang yesterday for the first time and I've spent the last 48 hours catching up on the discography. They are my new favorite band. The sound, the name, everything. Fucking metal! Ya' know the old favorites (Motorhead, Metallica) are great and timeless and all, but I've heard all those songs a hundred thousand times. Tygers Of Pan Tang is new to me and I love being a virgin in this context. I never would have found this band without KZread. Censorship issues aside, KZread is a great resource.

When I was 18 I loved "The Cage" & "The Wreck Age" It's been a long journey since then but I still love my Melodic 80's styled metal. Good comeback!

Tygers and Diamond Head are kicking strong these days.

Discovered Tygers of Pan Tang in the 80s as part of British Metal wave. Forgot about them after the 80S, then started watching them on KZread about 2 years ago. Love Ritual Album. Their best ever in my opinion. Love the new additions to the Band. Blessings

I just recently checked this band out.I literally known them forever but never really listened to any of the songs.I checked some of the past albums and it is quality stuff.Some songs I listen to daily now.

I like this track more than I ever liked anything from their 80's spot of tea.

Never knew this band ever existed up until two days ago. Great song and album. Their early stuff is phenomenal.

Check out their previous albums .. 'Ambush' (Rocksector Records 2012) , and their self titled 2016 release (all new stuff on Mighty Records), you'll love them ! the second of those is available on Spotify, 'Ambush' isn't. Hope that is of help.

I haven't listened to TOPT since the mid-80's. Always liked them, just fell off my radar. They sound great here! I always thought they had one of the coolest band names also. There were so many great hard rock bands that never got huge recognition- Chastain, Y&T, etc.
