Mikal and Charlie. The Moonhearts were amazing.
Ty killed it.... love Cheryl too... genuine and passionate about the bands. They all seem to love her too. KEXP are so damn good at mixing the sound of their bands. The sound engineer is a legend. Never ever heard a bad broadcast and i watch them all. .

@@fab4867 But fair play most sets sound like they could be an album take. KEXP do it best. You ever heard Jools Hollands TV program by the BBC paying top dollar and can't touch this.

Good sound and a good mix are obviously subjective, but I have to agree wholeheartedly, the guys at Kexp do an incredible job every time. Imagine the bands coming in one after another with their own amps and gear that spend a big part of their lifetime at the back of an U-haul van. Shit's gonna buzz. And you propably an hour to do the sound before the taping. I'm pretty sure it's the vocal mics that are picking the buzz up. Imcredible job Kexp

I don't know why, but Ty and the Freedom Band just give me a Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young feeling, combined with all things Marc Bolan dripped in even louder amps fuelled by fuzz pedals.

Ty underrated segall
they are fantastic!!!
One of the biggest assets of a musician playing on stage, is enjoying him or herself, showing the audience he or she is having fun, smile, laugh. big deal in how the audience experiences the music. could be half bad music, body language does a lot!
There was rocking captured in 1's and 0's!
This made my day, Thank you!
A great non-commercial musician.
