When TXT debuted, the company said that their music is gonna be catered to young/teen audience but I still checked their every release. More out of curiosity than anything else because I thought it won't be made for sbd like me. But every single time, their songs are so insanely good. I can't help it, I'm really in love with their music and I actually wish more kpop groups would be making quality songs like this. This is exactly what I imagined the future of kpop will sound like a few years ago. Nobody is really doing it like TXT right now.

0x1=lovesong was my first txt comeback and i genuinely think it’s changed me forever. it is such a beautiful music video perfectly describing youth and our wants and needs, all i want to do is runaway with people i love and escape life, to enjoy life itself without the stress of living, it’s the feeling of being free. the song itself captures our emotions SO well, the first beat drops and i’m in the corner with my head in my hands sobbing my heart out. this song will ALWAYS have my heart, it’s who i want to be and how i aim to live, i just want to enjoy life simply. I LOVE 0X1=LOVESONG

it seems like a lot of people think that the name of the album is literally talking about freezing physically. but that's not the case at all. if you search up fight, flight, or freeze you can see that theres such a deeper meaning to all of this. in terms of mentality, freeze means to become numb to everything and to run away from the world. this leads to excessive time on social media or tv and to develop disorders such as eating or buying disorders. in the teasers for boy, you can see that each of them are kinda disasociated with everything. yeonjun is excessively eating, beomgyu just stays in bed all day, soobin buys a ton of shoes but doesnt wear any (compulsively buying), taehyun tries to distract himself with books, and hueningkai just spends time on his phone all day. its crazy how they managed to make us believe that they were doing some cool elsa concept where they beat up ice monsters but actually they managed to relate it to struggling teens. txt really is above and beyond

The way they have all portrayed their characters and emotions so carefully makes me tear up. The mini pool scenes are my fav, it's so nostalgic and raw, the one where you feel like you could be a part of them. Them grooving to the song with subtle hints of the actual choreo ,heightens the level of creativity. The locations and sets are so precisely choosen, one could feel nostalgic without ever being there irl, it connects to the teenagers because nostalgia is their escape. This mv tho, has given us the best representation of their bonding and friendship. It's close to us teenager because, isn't this what we all want, love and friendship ? I first heard this song at the age of 14, when I moved to study in another city and moved to a new school. I didn't have any friends at that time, and I was very lonely because I missed my friends so much. But when I saw this video and the song, my sadness and loneliness were immediately forgotten. This clip reminded me very much of how much fun I had with my friends, how we loved to walk outside the city together. Now I'm 16, and I'm still watching this clip, and for the first time it takes me back to the past, to my friends. Although I still don't have any friends, I found something valuable in him. it’s interesting to see how their direction in music has changed over the years. as someone who has been here since crown era i truly thought each music sound fit them so well, but i must admit this rock/punk rock vibe is truly their peak so far. even when they perform live their voices are so fitting for the genre. i guess that’s the thing about txt, they keep growing each cb. it’ll be interesting to see how proceed in the future. i’d definitely like to see them visit the (punk/pop) rock genre as well as any new genres they might tackle. they’re truly one the most versatile kpop groups i’ve ever come across and it’s an honor to have known them.
