This sounds like an Erasure or Pet Shop Boys song. A-ha, as someone else mentioned, is also a good call. It's retro 80s electro synth-pop. It's irrelevant who else is around today that's making this kind of music, because this is so obviously intended to sound like an older song.

It is relevant because TXT are around today - right now - making a type of music that, as you've said, is intended to sound like an older song lol. It's only natural to compare it to another artist who is current and widely successful. ZEROBASEONE literally sample A-ha in their debut song, but I wouldn't compare that to any other current artist because...it doesn't sound like any other current artist lol.
