tbh after the Bighit's staffs scandal (in which fans showed evidences on how the staff couldn't take good care of their artists, the artists should manage their attitude towards the staff through some kind of manual while the staff diss them behind their back, the staff took members pic/vid for themselves without the artists' consent, and how bighit couldn't stop hiring capitalist people who sell artists' personal info such as phone number and flights' seat number to the so called 'fans') which leads to moas and armys raging, reporting and making trending hastags on twt, it's hard for me to look at bighit's staff the same way again But seeing the members in this video are happy with the staff, subconsciously I smiled too 🤗

@@bhavi9522 "Bighit protect your artists" went viral last year, but the phone number and flights' seat number has been going for a long time. Many sasaengs (and ex-sasaengs) confirmed that they got the members' info from the people in the company. Also back in 2015, a staff (I think one of BTS' managers, obviously not Sejin tho) was caught almost hitting Jungkook. He was dismissed after fans reported the misbehavior to BH. I just hope Hybe will be better from the old BH and simply improve the overall employee management
