Most of them are not blacklisted. The problem is those network radio, all of them, are recycled from old phones, they take the main board and install a smaller screen, add few buttons and in the recovery image they add the shortcuts. The android version on all Network Radios is below v7 (Android 7), and the most of them DO NOT support 4G, but only 3G, in USA 3G spectrum is discontinued. I have a Network Radio and supports 4G LTE, this is the UNIWA F50, it has a Micro Sim Card from TELLO. To find this out, I had to buy over 6 Network Radios and the final one was my UNIWA, learned the hard way.

IMEI is blacklisted on all US carriers. Scan. Don not buy.

@@JAMESYBOY. It means that they won't work with any US cell carrier. The can only be used with WiFi.

Yes you will just need a Wi-Fi connection in order to talk through zello, hope it helped
