Same. looking forward to getting to know more of Omar. Can't fault City, great club but I sense their reign is coming to an end. Will still be a great club but won't be so dominant. Pep won't extend his contract past 2025 especially if the charges come out which I don't think they will personally but Pep will still leave after 2025. seems like he wants a break from club football. De Bruyne is ageing and has been the engine room to their dominance.

they won't be found guilty but will still decline starting 2025: Pep, KDB, Walker all leaving at once. They'll have to rebuild and perfect the new generation which may or may not succeed and even if it does, it'll take years to be in full force. It would not surprise me in the slightest if they don't win a single PL between 2026 and 2031@@UNITED8993

That is exactly what the premier league has done, they have gave us these 115 charges but have little to no evidence, that's why its taking so long as they are trying to gather it all up, AND even if they do gather it up they are saying our sponsors over pay, do you know how hard that is to prove? It isn't black or white and it is very subjective, that's why the charges will most likely be dropped if this is taken to an actual non biased court.

I think without Ferran Sorriano driving City Commercially, Structurally and streamlining City into a franchise with City football group City would have to rely on the finance of the owners which is no longer enough to keep a club at the top of the world

Most definitely! This is the way a club should be run and I'm happy to see them rise to the top. Supporting City since 2003 myself when Paul Bosvelt went from Feyenoord (my club in the Netherlands) to City. Never had any bond with clubs like Arsenal, Man U or Chelsea like everyone else did in my environment.

Man City and Bayern are probably the best at the top. Than Ajax and Dortmund. Every department at Man City is top shelf. And since we are on KZread, you can see their social media content department is awesome. They have the best vids of late. Look at this one... @@codyferrell1896 Yes that's true their academy is great but in our country they will always have an arrogant edge and that's also what their organization and members 'radiate'

I've supported city since the 70's. Seen the highs and lows of city through the swales era. Selling the entire spine of the team (GK / CD / CM / ST) to keep afloat. Dropping to lower divisions.. Surviving. Whilst United broke the transfer record season after season. Every time we win the league, the old 'we bought the league' comes out of the bag like an old record. The reality is that City is one of the best run teams / companies in the world. Excellent people who know what they're doing, and doing it very well. Remember we turned down Maguire 'cos he was over priced. (well done Utd - took one for the league there). Credit where credits due... hater got to hate. 🙂

ofcourse city bought the league. They would be mid-table - AT BEST - if it wasn't for the Sheikhs. So the statement, City bought the league is 100% irrefutable truth. As a 45 year old mancunian, Man city will always be that small tin pot club and that will never change. I'm almost thankful they are around to stop Liverpool wininng the league. So cheers ! hahah

I went to the opening game of the season as a Mancunian hoping that a decent side would turn up. And Brighton did. Jealousy is one thing, delusionality is another. When your club has been run into the ground for years by people who only want to use your club as a cash cow, without a care for the local community or the teams history, with Debt increasing year on year, I pity your viewpoint when the City owners and board are ploughing money into the local community and acting with dignity and ensuring financial security for the teams future. keep living in the past..

there are defo other clubs run as well as city. In england alone there is brighton, brentford, villa are close and a few others. But they dont have the resources of state funding so obviously theyre not competing for titles. Also there have been big clubs run well in the past but then something changed and ruined it all

Just came here to correct you when you called Utd a Top 6 team, they’re a mid table team purely based on the superstars scattered throughout their team, statistically and fundamentally as a team they’re relegation zone… things are actually that bad in Old Trafford 😂😅

All the other clubs are jealous of the club structure we have at City. Another reason I am PROUD to have been a life long fan of City since 1961. Kudos to all in the management team 👏👏👏👏👏

In the past City loved to sign finished great players, because they were free agents. Weah, Schmeichel, Seaman, Mcmanaman, Fowler, Vieirra, Lampard even Hargreaves. Slowly they leave that habit and Now focus on improving their strength n thinking on future. Great progress!

Who in their right mind would bid $8 billion for Madrid or City even though they win the Champions league every week.
