So glad they got help KSR (Kevin) on the suspension and general car balance. Leroy is wayyyyy more stable/straight through the 1/8th and it's beautiful.

I like how cleet doesn't just tell you what's wrong, he shows you, asks the questions in the right direction that make you think what could be wrong. I've learnt so many sounds just from cleet. Down a hole or two, charge pipe letting go like in this one.

Imagine burning someone down when you aren’t even racing them. Jesus.

I would imagine Garrett doesn’t get the respect he deserves from a larger than expected number of racers. Don’t want to say for certain because I have no idea what the intentions of the mustang driver was, but it did seem odd. Garrett is a young dude finding loads of success due to his relentless approach to things and there’s got to be some jelly bellies out there. Again not saying that’s what was going on there...but who knows.

Can' blame the mustang. It was only 7 seconds from when Cleet lit the bulbs till the mustang actually got both of them lit. That's really nothing to complain about, especially considering the charge pipe blew off after just 2 seconds. The mustang was bumping in after 5 seconds, and you don't know what's going on with the mustang.

I'm in the middle of a construction project, got soft concrete, and I am watching Cleetus McFarland Racing! Life is good.

That sure as hell beats having it go off on you! I had some guys dump a second truck for the day and it was soup.......driver must have watered it down, so my buddy and I had to have dinner and catch up on Cleetus and then go finish by lantern and flashlight in 40 degree weather. Luckily they were just poured in place trench drains across a road and we had samples from the first truck. It beats only getting a 2pm truck, more than an hour from the plant, on a 90+ degree day at 6000 feet of elevation with 4000 psi air entrained mix. X2 on life being good with your situation and Hell Ya Brother, we have Cleetus to watch!

You know when something goes wrong on a run when Cleetus starts taking his cloves of half way through a run

Leroy: I've chewed through transmissions, rear axles, and head gaskets. Ruby: Hold my turbskie.

Ahh seeing Leroy ripping down the track always puts a smile on my face.

Years ago I was road racing, have to make turns. My buddy was drag racing and I was anyone can go in a straight line. Since I watched the hell and heartbreak that has been Leroy, and that cars evolution from prior to the exoskeleton and cage and super charger and ect, Lord knows how many engines and tranny's and whatever, I've been converted to drag racing cars people can build! I love your channel so much and am so happy to see what it has become over the years. Keep it up!!!

Its class rules stickshift class doesn’t require a hood or body panels for that matter streetcar class however does

Might want to look into safety wire/other V-band locking devices. They are common on aircraft high pressure bleed systems and could prevent boost* leaks.

The way jack stand disappears 8:15 on Leroys qualifier run is awesome
