Two Years On | Allotment changes | What it looks like now, how far we have come.
It's been 2 years since I took on the allotment and look how far we have come. I started with just the fruit bed and now I have 9 beds, space for a shed, a compost bay.
It's been a long and hard 2 years, but it has been worth it. Once the shed is in place, I'll be able to store more things at the plot and hopefully spend more time down there - as I won't need to remember to bring things up from the house.
Here's to another 2 years.

Potatoes look great Mark 👍. Like the mini greenhouse they are so cute. My cucumbers are leggy 🤦🏼♀️ so I may have to redo them. Glad the tomatoes are doing so well, I lost a few but most are great and I’ve actually put them outside 🤞🤞. Plot is looks fantastic and can’t wait to see the greenhouse full of things. My tomatoes will be going outside next week. Got a couple of grow bags and my dad is bringing over some large pots as well. I’ll also be potting up your cherry tomatoes. They nearly died as they dried out and started drooping, but I sat them in a bath of water and they’ve come back alive - need to pot them on now. Gonna have lots in the back yard this year hopefully, easier to keep track of - more so for things that need heat and regular watering.
