Personally 1 has the better world and story, but with 2 they got the engine and graphics right lol

Yet to this day i miss this game so much. This game did have something that even witcher 3 didnt have. And dont ask me what is it. I dont honestly know but i enjoyed this game much more than witcher 3

yeah this game was a real gem tbh. It's a shame so many people never saw the true potential of the game. Nevertheless a great experience! :)

(Xbox 360 player) I'm not sure if you used the "Super mega ultra omega premium plus run" [cause it would be the best name for it if it had never been reported] in the speedrun as I am typing this before watching. (having two loadouts, one with a bow and one with any other weapon and being on the other weapon, tap sprint, and before fully sprinting switch to the bow loadout meanwhile pulling out the weapons before switching [I normally called it super sprint cause you can run forever as long as you didnt press the sprint or switch loadout and was faster than normal sprint] (If this method of movement is slower than the normal speedrunnr method please let me know and if it was already been know please let me know) (The bow would be one with the arm for it to work) Edit 1: you cant jump unless you "fixed" the bug Edit 2: if memory serves me right (which is hardly ever) it stacks with speed modifiers (only tested with the speed cheat back in the day so I assume it works with speed buffs if they were in the game [I never used them if they were in the game (co-op map only player)] ) also I was able to do them extremely easily so if it is faster then it was a easy way to take off time.

I've used this for co-op matches cause I lived running around my friends in circles cause I was bored, I only played the story as it was the only place that had cheats and (not sure if it was patch at a later point) cause it was a bug to change my speed in co-op for the lolz (it was just speed, be funny if jump height was affect too tho :c ).

hi owen! I did not use this glitch. This is the first time I'm hearing about it so I guess we'll have to try it on pc! Chances are its been patched unfortunately. If it still works it would be great for the speedrun. Have you bought the Steam version yet? :D

Can confirm, weapon pulled out, tap sprint, switch to bow, still works. I don't see a noticeable change in speed but you don't use stamina.

@@valaxespeedruns957 I actually wondering if dragon damage is scaling on your level. I finished the game today as level 37 mage who had max elemenal resistance and I still die to 4 fire balls. I feel like her boss fight is the only scary part of speed run.

That is a fair question. I didn't use livesplit at the time since i was very new to speedrunning and also just used the recording length to figure out my pace. U can see at 0:00:17 i show steam overlay, and then at 1:20:45 i show it again. I did this in an effort to show that the run was authentic. Also if you pay attention to XP, level, gold, stats etc. you should see that everything adds upp correctly. Feel free to ask any questions about the run /Valaxe
