Erik has come back from cancer, he was the singer for Skidrow but chose health before going on the road... Great job Erik. Tommy is such a nice guy I just like him a lot.

I just love that guitar sound in this song. Their voices mixes so well together, the chours is so powerful. There is a patreon video when Tommy builds that guitar before the show in Boden last year. It was awesome on stage with those glowing eyes to the song No faith.

They sound very good together. I'm running out of superlatives for Tommy, but I definitely do like Erik's voice.

There is another colab with Tommy and Erik that will be released on Tommy's channel. Don't know when though.

They both did a fantastic job with this cover. I rarely like Sabaton covers, but this is stellar, their voices together give this cover extra power. Carolus Rex is a song from Sabaton album with the same name, about Swedish king Karl XII (also known as Carolus Rex). Album was released in both Swedish and English version (both great, but I prefer Swedish), so I suggest listening to Sabaton's Swedish version, since you heard the English version here. Tommy and Erik recorded 1 more cover which will be released on Tommy's channel soon, don't know which song though. Erik said it is possible that they will record the Swedish version of this song too, since a lot of fans asked for it.

Do listen to Erik's version of Judas Priest's Painkiller. Carolus Rex is from an album about the Swedish King Karl XII who came to rule at the age of 15 and then expanded the Swedish borders to encompass a huge part of northern Europe. He is hailed by right wing extremists and very much now a dividera since his personal has become sort of linked with basically neonazis, but still a very interesting historical character.

Fun fact; Eric is the brother-in-law of Tommy!!😊❤

Erik hasn`t done more with Tommy, but he has done two songs with Dan Vasc.... "Faithfully" and "Breaking the silence" GREAT SONGS!!!🤩🤩

He did not do "Faithfully" with Dan Vasc. Some fan edited together a poor mash-up of their two separate covers and posted it as a video. Sounds very disjointed and makes no sense. It's better to listen to their tracks apart from each other. Plus, Erik's version is a few levels above Dan's, for sure, and should be enjoyed in its entirety.

Both versions are equally epic🤘 I can't put one version over the other. I simply can't.

I definitely encourage you to check out the original by Sabaton. It's good!
