@@TheMonkeydluffy1997 Obviously the guy in black is way more experienced, his strikes are considerably better in almost every regard, his head movement is really good, he's good at managing distance, not throwing strikes when he's out of range unlike his opponent, is constantly looking to counter their enemy (There's multiple times where they just place their hands down and "offer" their face, likely to counter in case the opponent does try to punch them), then there's the footwork too, which if you looked even for a little you'll find lots of differences between the two, the guy in black is just better in almost every regard, respect to the white guy for hanging in there though, and for not acting badly and/or just starting to throw haymakers like crazy like some other guys do in these situations when they don't know what to do, instead he kept a cool head and his guard tight, both played with what they had but the guy in black clearly was more experienced.

Both were great, but I love that defensive work (distance management, footwork and head movement) and offensive technique (especially with the jab) from the guy in black. When he was catching and shooting the jab during the last 30 seconds was definitely a highlight for me. Awesome spar.

Dude it was a spar, they are not going to get a knockout, even if the guy in black was better on the foot the other boy now knows what hes lacking, thats what a spar is for.

Guy in white had moments when he over extended but otherwise this is a real good sample of why styles make fights. Guy in black deff has more experience but then he wasn't able to do much damage other than a great gazelle hook at the beginning which kinda caught white off guard. Great sparring guys!

I think the guy in black don't wanna do much damage , he had the chance to follow his left hook with another left hook to the liver later at the ending of the video but it's obvious he decided not go for it . Great fight though

Not really. Bad shifts, legs too far apart what slows him down a lot. Looks like someone who watched too much mayweather fights and never had an regional amateur level. But better then the other guy who is trying to block the jabs with the gloves
