TWO Russian Air Force Tupolev 154M landing & takeoff at Geneva/GVA/LSGG
No, I didn't travel to Moscow, this is Geneva ! This week we had the pleasure to get not one but TWO Tupolev Tu-154M from the Russian Air Force ! These aircraft are magnificent, and the sound is incredible.. The Tu-154 is a true masterpiece !

Awesome! My lovely bird. The plane of my childhood. I spent many hours onboard Tu-154M and her older sister Tu-154B-2. For me it's a most beautiful airplane in a world.

Same here, i also even the Tu-154A and the first variant Tu-154.
This is the most beautiful aircraft of all. In addition, it is the fastest of all commercial ones. Modern aircraft are exactly the same, faceless, boring machines. But then all are economically viable. But who needs it without beauty?

That first one came in really hot! I guess those air force pilots are used to flying fighter planes. Nice catch of these two beauty's!
Хороший самолёт. Это, можно сказать, внук бомбардировщика Ту-16. Помню свой первый полёт на нём. Все те звуки внутри, особенно перед запуском двигателей, ну и конечно же сами двмгатели, это что-то! А ешё моё впечатление было усиленно тем, что из Москвы в Краснодар мы летели на Ил-18, а обратно на Ту-154. Понятно, что это два абсолютно разных самолёта, но впечатление было просто сногсшибательное. Советские самолеты - это особые самолёты )))

I was on board of one of those soviet IL154 planes in 1978. Are they still allowed to fly? Oh, this one is IL 154M, similar to IL62M which killed hundreds of innocent people. But "M" stands for "modified"... Or three mules on board all the time just in case engines will fail so they can tow this junk to safety.
Substandard junk. Like a 727, only shitty. You should have gotten a video of one dutch-rolling furiously as the Tu-154 often does.

@@s.sestric9929 The global market isn't the only thing that matters. When the Tu-154 was created, the world was divided in three blocs and in two of them she was very successful.

If they were so junk why were over 1000 built and why were they used as presidential and vip planes. I’m sure you are an Airbus fan so I expect to hear you say that.
