What about the picture plane placed in the middle of the plan, does the half of plan that is below the picture plane needs to be connect in station point to picture plane or directly draw down to ground line?

It’s not right hand or left hand vanishing points. It’s just right and left vanishing points. It’s not RHVP/LHVP. ITS LVP/RVP.
