The apartment will be our home until we finish with our main house (years down the road). And we cannot wait to get out of the RV and into the apartment!

Nothing like having enough Zip Tape when building. Oh those breakers are very expensive. Building your own home is always more complicated no matter how much time you prepare.
welcome too a day in the daze of building your own home. hell I can say that any cost is worth it. I know that some are costly. some seem not a good idea. just too have the choice, but with family invovled it is always worth it. it is always better then need it and have it, then need it and not having it.
