Phantom of the Opera is a song from the stage show musical of the same name, Its by Andrew Lloyd Webber. This is Nightwish's Metal twist of the song. Tarja (Taria) has an amazing vocal range, as do Floor. See the Stage show or watch it on DVD. It is an amazing show of a love triangle & of cause Murder :) Psst !! That gorgeous lady Tarja comes to Argentina to play a date tour with Nightwish, she falls in love with a guy, then she left the band and move here 😄 so she loves here since that. She have a solo carreer and she play sometines with the guys from Asspera (a bizzarre metal band!) Hugs and keep rocking Mia and Juliet!!! Hugsand lots of love ladies!!!

And again my adorable 2 surprise me with a fantastic reaction to a fantastic song from a fantastic band...again exactly this mixture gave me goosebumps allover. I love Floor but Nightwish is like this and sounds so especial because Tarja sings like a opera singer.

Let, me give you a rundown about what happened to Tarja.....Several months after The live DVD come out " Live End of an era"......She, was fired from the band and she was so heartbroken, but she went on a solo project and her fans miss her so much that it hurts her fans all around the world......She, was an amazing singer with her strong opera voice proves that she was a great singer.

Wow you introduced me to a band I've never heard of here. :) Loved it. Keep it up girls. Your videos are fun to watch

Hey, loved your reaction. I love NIGHTWISH. Tarja is the 1st of 3 different female singers the band has had and she was the best! Most of their music was done with Tarja as their main singer but now she is a solo artist and the band currently uses Floor Jansen as their main singer. You should definitely check out some of their other songs. One of my favorites is NEMO. Try that one if you want. Thanks for your reaction and keep smiling!!!

Hi Mia hi Juliet hope your good if you find the time try a listen to a song called Faster by the group within temptation we have a motorcycle race here in Britain it’s called the Isle of Man TT its Definitely the most dangerous race in history if you get a chance watch the studio version and then watch the TT version of this song it’s a fantastic song and goes brilliantly with the Isle of Man TT race I really do think you’d love it thanks again for all your reactions it’s added another chapter in my life like I said before you two could react to leaves falling off a tree and you still make it funny and probably interesting to 👍all the best Tony

Sharon den adel is the name of the singer in the group within temptation if by any chance you do take a look at faster I think you’d be amazed highly recommend this because it will open up to other female singers out there really rocking it it’s defo not a mans world

Hey ladies, glad to see you back with Nightwish ! Now that you've heard Tarja, you have some idea of how they sounded in their early days. Tarja is still the favorite singer for many older Nightwish fans, but I prefer Floor, as she isn't limited to am Operatic style. Your next logical step is to check out Floor singing "Phantom Of The Opera" on the Dutch TV show 'Beste Zangers' (Best Singers). The male part (the Phantom) is sung by Henk Poort, who played the role onstage for many years. Their vocals are much clearer and more controlled than the singing you just watched. You shouldn't feel you HAVE to wait for International Mondays to do Nightwish reactions, they're such a great band that they'd be welcome anytime. See you soon, sort of. (MAKE AMERICA NIGHTWISH)

That was actually awesome! I was expecting ... “oh, another Sarah Brightman....” then I got knocked over! An old classic that I would love you to review, the guitar here is simply just in another world .... An amazing reaction would be your review of an old classic Phil Lynott & Gary Moore live - Parisienne Walkways.

I have seen all three of their singers live, and met all three. They all have a different vibe personally and musically. I am glad to have had the chance to meet and see all three. Hopefully their show happens in Oct despite everything and the absence of Marko. Here's hoping.

@@danasfaith5738 hopefully it won't be forever. Will have to wait and see. Change can be good. When I met Tarja she was a very regal woman. She fit so well it was hard to imagine anyone else there. Then I met Anette. She was the opposite. She was so down to earth...at first. When I met her in a meet and greet the two infront of me got starstruck and started crying. Annette saw them and started crying. It was cool to see. The next meet and greet about 9 months later Annette just came by the table to say she was going to the hotel. She had a real rockstar attitude then. When I met Floor it was with her previous band. She was a great mix of powerful charisma, but totally reachable and someone that one can talk to. Based off this I had a hard time picturing her in Nightwish. Then I saw her with Nightwish, and it was one of the best concerts I have ever been to.

They made a Phantom of the Opera movie a little over ten years ago and it would be well worth your while to check it out! So much good music in that Andrew Lloyd Webber musical.

This was brilliant!!. Like the original but this is a fantastic rendition. Again, you two prove you are the best. Can you do Band-Aid Domination live? More all girl Japanese awesomeness. If not, another Lovebites? Live they are great.

I have two suggestions for classic rock. The first is Rainbow - Stargazer. I'm totally sure you will love it. The second is a band from Texas which is playing since 1969 with the same lineup. It's ZZ Top - Sharp dressed man.

There is an Ayreon youtube video with the 3 female singers. Floor Jansen, Anneke van Giersbergen and Marcela Bovio. Ayreon - valley of the queens (ayreon Universe). I have Floor met at 1997 (after forever) and 2002 (star one)

Loved Phantom of The Opera but this a different and great version! Very good. Definitely check out the story of the phantom. Its a great story.

What Tarja did at the end, in opera, is called aria (solo). Opera is different from other types of music in that it isn't about enunciation in singing. Therefore, as Edward said in Pretty Woman:"People have a strong reaction to opera the first time they hear it. Either they love it or they hate it."

For more of Tarja with Nightwish, I recommend their remake of a classic christmas song, Walking in the Air. They have a live version, but I prefer the studio version on that one. Either is good though.

The original version of the song is, of course, by Andrew Lloyd Webber (1986). The libretto of the musical is based on a 1910 novel by Gaston Leroux - I recommend checking that one out for a nice dose of gothic horror.

No thats not Floor, thats the first singer of Nightwish, Tarja Turunen.

If you have NOT seen the Andrew Lloyd Webber stage production of The Phantom of the Opera, I highly recommend it. It IS a rock opera/musical with a goth/ horror movie vibe. A good substitute is the movie with Gerard Butler as the Phantom and Emmy Rossum as Christine. Both have beautiful voice and the movie is well done.
