Maryport stopover looks great. I love both the campsites and stopovers north of there between Allonby and Silloth: wonderful coastline. Commiserations on getting stuck. The first time out with my first van, I had to get the farmer to tow me out and it's happened three times more over 12 years. In my defence in the last three, I was sent to the waterlogged pitch by the site. I carry mats now and always leave the wheels on the mats if they arent on chocks: it's amazing how easy it is to get stuck.

Years ago camped near Maryport and the sea had frozen in the harbour -15degees and it froze the gas in the Motorhome . My wife was chuffed to bits as she got stuck in the pub in the warmth with our 8 week old puppy. Lovin your videos 👍

Another entertaining vlog. Maryport is added to the list of places to go. But the highlight for me was Andrew sitting on stinging nettles 😂😂 That must have been just a little bit of karma for Jane and very funny for me 😁

Maryport looked a cracking stop, my wife and I lived in the centre of London for over 30 years and when we watch your vlogs, we wonder where are other people lol, lovely countryside etc, getting stuck is part and parcel with motorhoming, it will get us all sooner or later, anyway another enjoyable vlog keep them coming 👍

Hi Stephen, yes a great stop and we’ll visit again some time. We’re lucky up North, some very quiet areas, visiting London (when I worked) on the train, used to fill me with dread 😬 glad we’re out of the rat race!! Getting stuck on a grass pitch is an occupational hazard ⚠️ but a bit cross as I had plenty of time to move as the rain came 😠 Cheers 🍻 for tuning in 📺 and feeding back 👍 A, J & 🐶
