The way I saw the sequels, was Episode 7 was a good promising start using a familiar formula but with new characters and a few twists, Episode 8 was like the crash scene from Disney’s 1950 short version of the story of Casey Jones “The Brave Engineer”, and Episode 9 was the train limping into the next station after being put back on the rails after the crash.

One of those BIG movies of 2019 that are SUPPOSED to be good but ended up underwhelming. 😔 My opinion on it is I was entertained when I first watched it and also was the LAST movie I've watched on 2019. But the more I watch reviews to understand movies, now I get it a little.

I have been waiting for nearly a year for mlp meets videos and you haven't made anymore please make more that's what everyone else wants

The way that my sister explained the “romance” between Ford Jr. And palpa John started with, and I quote “in the last movie, he started talking to her with his shirt off.” After that, I kinda started laughing because one of the most out of nowhere romances best defenses started with A dudes nips and pecs rather than any character interactions. even in this movie, kilo was still trying his best to be the worst son and conversationalist ever, almost killing her and being a general nuisance.

It was a meh movie for me. I’m also a casual fan of Star Wars and there were some moments that I didn’t like and it wasn’t really a good way in ending the third Star Wars trilogy. Also, I would love to see this as a recurring thing of you and KP reviewing other movies in the future.

The spoiler: Probably was one of the few reasons I liked the movie: An army of “death-star” level powered “star destroyers”, like the few other “Star Wars Legends” ships I only got to hear bits of... The emperor is still a threat, another thing I heard “Star Wars Legends” had a huge saga on!... This was what must have kept me happy while I watched the movie, but if you where a fan of the Legends trilogy or just beginning to know it, then this feels kinda sad & I can feel why. But at least I feel like I enjoyed the movie right for the lost original like relations, and that felt like the right reasons for enjoyment... I just feel sad for the devoted fans... and I used to admire StarWars for its un-rebooted continued style, since I felt reboots broke other series & franchises especially... until eventually even StarWars is now split into two universes now... This franchise was not built for multiverse settings or time-paradoxes, unless you count the parodies & spin-offs... even the “DragonBall series” continues with barely split-off time-lines & a light spinoff series, & has made me notice Japanese series rarely reboot, just have an eventual goal ending close to each season & the probability of a continuation... from where they left off... or respectfulness when they build a multiverse!... which is not something you get every now & then as you can see is proven in the light by the “Avengers Infinity-War/EndGame movies”, a plot that I think has gone overused way too often in how they have rebooted Marvel & DC comics... not seen until you look it up on the internet!...

Haven't even seen it yet.

I'm a huge Star Wars fan, but Last Jedi infuriated me by how the old genre was trampled on, stomped on, woke broken, and ... It just felt like Disney took a p*** all over every old fan, including myself, as if saying, 'You don't matter at all.'. While I never blamed anyone who liked the film, or blame the actors (they were doing their jobs to the best of their ability), I place the blame on Disney, the director, and the screen writing. Let's just say my opinion of the director and Disney is not suitable for print, and leave it at that. I was and am still enraged by what they did, so much so, that I refuse to even watch Rise of Skywalker.

I thought the movie was pretty good not the best nor the worst star wars movie ever made the action scenes were awesome and the performances were great but the pacing was to fast and the new characters introduced were forgettable except for babu frik and d-o I didn't mind that palpatine came just how did he came back was my issue cause I was hoping it be either a clone or a force ghost though unfortunately they never explained how which pissed me off also the fact of rey being a palpatine i'm extremely mixed mostly since i liked the idea of her being a nobody since it means you don't have to come from a specific family to be a hero but then again she was a mary sue and of course she had t be related to palpatine as to explain why she is so incredibly powerful, which is so dumb since it's so obvious that this trilogy wasn't planned out and they made up shit as they go instead of carefully laying out the story but I digress as overall this is a really fun adventure movie with awesome effects and a somewhat decent story overall i'd give it an 8/10.
