Thank you! Yes, ours is about an hour away which isn’t the worst but it can make for about a 3+hour round trip depending on the unloading/traffic/etc. I hope you get one closer to home soon!

Hi! I like it best for softer things like muffins, scones, quick breads but lately we’ve been making pizza crust with it and we really love it. Not as chewy as a typical AP crust but it’s really good. I was just talking about trying some more bread recipes with it so I’ll be sure to keep you posted.

how do you store your root vegetables?

I store carrots in the refrigerator and potatoes in the pantry :)

Hi there! Potatoes store better/longer when they are a bit dirty/unwashed. So I don’t ever mind when they come that way. 🙂

When you take potatoes out of the garden you don't wash them they last longer in a dark cool place that's why I leave them dirty.
