I’m an attorney that doesn’t practice IP and knows poo about KZread, but I can say when it comes to corporations the big boys know how to protect themselves. It’s not a stretch to say anyone using KZread has probably agreed to forced arbitration so yt can’t be sued in many instances or they might even reserve the right to claim an interest in anything uploaded on their site. Cynically, I can’t see a law firm (especially a high powered one) wanting to take this kind of case because the damages for most creators are going to be pretty small, possibly $0 if KZread demonetizes at-will. If someone lost a valuable sponsor due to videos being removed then maaaaybe. You might have more luck getting someone for a false claim. Usually it’s hard to prove that a person knew the claim was false but with creators having so much hate content and angry tweets out there, there may be an admission floating around. The problem is if atty fees aren’t built into the DMCA, is someone willing to pay $500/hr for possibly dozens of hrs? Anyways, I’m a bad lawyer with bad advice so please don’t think I’ve given any, just some useless information for no fun Tl;dr: sue KZread? Good luck
