I've been a fan of Xiao Zhans since I first saw him in an interview while he was still on X-Fire. That clear bright spirit of his shined so bright and that smile of his etched itself on my heart that day. He shined like a diamond in the rough that you could not help but notice but as he has done more roles and performed more songs, his talent has been honed and hardened and shines even brighter. I think with having to withstand all of the negative propaganda jealous petty envious competitors paid the black PR group to spin around him, made him more reticent sbout standing out so much and so what see as maturing, I truly see as Xiao Zhan just being forced to become more stoic to try and give others as little as possible to spin negative propaganda about but also but try and keep down some of the jealousy and envy that heats up the more attention, awards and success he has. The other down he had two moments where it was just so cute. One could say he had to literally pull back that charisma, magnetism and charm before it was captured on film but anyone who has been a fan for long would immediately see the effort he had to make and how still the camera caught it in part. Xiao Zhan, if he's comfortable, happy, enjoying himself just positively glows and in performing it just naturally rises to the surface. A classic example of that was when he was on "our Song" and he was doing the first version of the disco with her where he was in the blue sparkly jacket and black jeans and she had those long black gloves on, big hair and sparkly go go boots and they were both really rocking those looks! Xiao zhan sees Na Ying as a mentor and a friend but also as a wise senior who has been in the business a long time and who was in fact a judge on a show Ayunga and the guy that won first place on Our song, were both on while Xiao Xhan was on X-Fire and he was a guest singer on the competition show they were in but not actually competing. You could tell by the look on her face even then she clearly saw Xiao Zhan had talent and was impressed with it. So it was just awesome that he got to be on Our song with her as a mentor and each of them eon the top three places when none of them had won the completions they were on back then! I loved watching Xiao Zhan on Our song, especially with Na Ying, not just for his singing which I loved but also because it really highlighted so many things about Xiao Zhan. Like how respectful he us to his seniors and mentors, how professional he is, how appreciative he is when someone offers him instruction and how receptive and eager to learn send very humble and often touched over the smallest of things people do or attempt yo do fur him, how good he gets along with others and how down to earth he is, how he really was kind of embarrassed he got so much attention on the show and his fans were so enthusiastic and even hushed them several times when they were practically fainting or fanning thrmselves over how hot he was during dome moments of the show. He also never even attempted to gain the limelight and if anything had to be really encouraged to step forward by Na Ying to take the forefront or give his opinion and each time he did he was so tactful and more like a fan of the other entertainers and mentors pointing out how great they were. He was very candid sbout his lack of experience in some areas and so appreciative of the smallest bit of advice or tip they had and really put them right yo use. As a result he simply blossomed as he went from one episode to another. As a result you Aldo hot yo see just how rncoursgening and supportive Na Ying was of him and how she cracked that whip on trying to resurrect he elevated his technique but you could very much sense her protectiveness of Xiao xhan send her pride in his skills grow. Plus he clearly felt comfortable with her and that made him shine even brighter! Obviously in China's entertainme t industry it's a real gift to have a family and crew you see on a regular basis yo be supportive of you and offer wisdom and advice but also people who know you have your back. In a way it's like being in a band and like having a family in a way. In the disco number with Na Ying where Xiao Zhan is wearing the blue sparkly jacket you can really see how much fun Xiao Zahn having. His sense of playfulness, laughter, upbeat positive energy, adorable looks, his gentlemanly care of Na Ying and how he tried to showcase her. THEN however the thing to note most is at the end of the dance Xiao Zhan goes up on a Dias with his back yo the audience and then turns back looking over his shoulder and runs his hands long his hair and that look however was purely unadulterated sex appeal that Xiao Zhan has by the boat loads. In the next rendition of the performance when he wore a silver jacket he didn't do that and at the New Years celebration this year he didn't do that. When he was at the most recent event however (wearing that black suit with the white shirt with the black stripes down the front that looked so cool on him, twice he looked back over his shoulder and you could see him catch himself to remain more stoic. Then in particular as he was leaving the stage and going thru a door you couldn't help but notice this real edge simmering beneath the had this whole James Bond 007 vibe! I think Xiao Zhan could be China's James Bond or he certainly could be in the next James Bond or Mission Impossible film with Tom Cruise or Remington Steele type of role Pierce Brosnan did! Xiao Zhan eould be so good in a big action film especially one that was shot in multiple countries locations of had a multicultural cast like these or something like Tenet but one in which he also gets a chance to show that sizzle he has. I think right now he is trying to keep so much restrained but Xiao Zhan has so many layers and one of those is that adorable cuteness. Another is his funny sense of humor cause he is really very much a guy and laughter is at times I think the best stress relief and I think he really try's hard not to take himself to seriously. However there is just so many layers to Xiao Zhan and that hotness factor is one of them. Xiao Zhan will always shine, inside and out but I can't even begin how hard it's been to keep putting one foot in front of the other during parts of this year and now to be back amongst some of the same jealous competitors and their agents who paid the black PR group to attack you with negative propaganda and then to have to be constantly looking over your should as they still even now try to undermine in all sorts of petty small minded mean ways. It seems right now they are not only started to spin things again but also trying to increase his "risk factor" when is looked st when hiring stars. The higher the risk the more people pause about hiring him. Boycotting him, paparazzi breaching their filming, lo javks being put on his vehicles, negative comments, running ratings down all count into risk factor and are problematic. That's why they do these crazy things. It's so annoying that people can be so petty mean and horrible to pay people to do these creepy things.

@@letti1345 zhan zhan is smart. i believe he knows what he has to do. i never feel any kind of star syndrome from him. it's quite a rare case, since many got that syndrome just because they became a little famous. that's why we love zhan zhan❤️ in some occasions he looks calm and stoic, but sometimes he can be very playful too. for example his douyin's videos. he's really having fun. haha. as for haters, as long as his fans are still cool-headed, i see that those haters are getting desperate in making up some uncanny rumours. to the point it's stupid to even to read. just ignore them. zhan zhan already took some cases to the law too. i hope they will learn and stop harassing zhan zhan.

He respresents a global trend and really is the first person in China that has ever drawn the massive global appeal, interest and fanbase he has in such a short time of being in the music or acting industry in my lifetime. The only really big names that were internationally known and recognized for decades were Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee and it took them many more years and many more works to develop that name recognition that Xiao Zhan has and they were both really associated more with HK than specifically China. Xiao Zhan had the top fastest selling digital international release in the world with over 43million people getting it and is in the Guiness a Book of World Records. Now he had over 69 million TikTok views and that's only on one platform. Not including KZread, Facebook, Twitter, we chat, weibo, Instagram and the other ton of platforms and apps there are. Even if you only take into account the positive goodwill and positive interest Xiao Zhan has created for China and all the awards and "firsts" for China that he has brought about...it's really staggering just how much of a massive impact one man has had on the world in such a short time. Recently I was thinking of this and I came across an article about an interview he did on a Korean station (where he also has a lot of fans) and they were saying many positive things about him and I was really thinking sbout just how amazing it is the impact Xiao Zhan has on the world. I had also been on a video not gone before that and it was made by a Japanese fan and tons of fans there talking about how loved he is there as well. One of my favorite reviewers of Xiao Zhans performances if from Scandinavia and he has often pointed out that he wished Xiao Zhan could represent China in Eurovision or even snother country as a guest performer. (It's like the Olympics of singing and yiu can actually have someone from another country represent you if the country chooses). You are mistaken. Xiao Zhan has been given a Twitter category designation. He is the only Chinese artist that is not international (like Jackie Chan) that has this. It is recent. Now other are trying to pretend they have one but only XZ has it.
