going ie 6th in pretty much crit build is almost always bad. botrk is rly fkn over-rated on tw btw. going collector 2nd when ure snowballing (ldr being compared to coll has cutoff on 100armor+ btw so in a games where there is no stacking armor ldr wont be better than coll for most time of the game. and even then going ldr post-coll on 5th item inst necessarily bad.

Rengar is scary but as an assassin it's very hard to close out games even when u manage to kill the carry. He is very expensive to even get to oneshot point and in the late game he mostly goes for 1 for 1s. Rare case u get more if bushes are around... And there is mostly always a zhonya or exhaust on the enemy team

Twitch has anti tank items and runes that don't provide a lot of instant dmg meaning that he has more dmg over time rather than instant and is more usefull into the tankier the enemy champion is, rengar has basically full instant dmg runes and items that are made to kill squishies, yes rengar builds crit because full lethality with serylda is dogwater and doesn't provide enough dmg even before durability patch was a thing, thus he opts to a crit build which synergizes with his kit as his dmg comes from auto attacks(I can explain furthermore on rengars items choices if u wish) Edit: and there are smaller parts that slowly add up as to why twitch didn't do a lot of dmg to rengar I can explain that aswell if u wish
