Personally my tierlist of champs is s tier leona xayah yasuo A tier riven illaoi aurora briar D tier seraphine and jinx. This is from someone who beat extreme solo aatrox with every champ.

If you want to try solo the extrem mode, you should try with Briar because she has one thing that is giga broken that the others don't have and it's the omnivamp on her ult. You go XP/HP/Damage/Crit/Haste and for the abilities, you go for damage dealing ones that can be upgraded, especially those with range. The hardest part is the early game (XP early is kinda broken especially for Belveth encounters) and the second hardest moment is when there are mobs with on death effects (the non-boss Kogmaw that puts an explosif zone on the ground) but during that moment, you should just stand still and you should be fine. And for the bosses, you just need to ult them, with your HP pool and the omnivamp combined with the insane damage carries so hard (you can have 10% hp, you will sustain to 100% in less than a second).

Briar is pretty strong for killing elites and stuff but is terrible on subterain lab map (cause at one point game sawns frogs with burning corpses and mines at the same time) Also on solo runs for extreme with Briar/Yasuo (anyone who struggles early) it's good to get the EXP orbital lazer thing cause when it triggers it just clears the entire screen and you can run around to pick a bunch of XP. Meanwhile the tanks Illaoi and Leona just need as much single target DPS as they can get for the boss fights as they can breeze trough the rest. For ADCs you actually want AoE DMG so you can clear path to kite you can't kite if you can't clear the regular mobs fast enough and no matter how much single target DPS you have it's not enough when you get swarmed. Personalyl solo runs on extreme I have done successfully only with Yasuo and Leona. Leona is the strongest and with yasuo you need to get lucky and get early tempest evolve (i try to pick the minimal new amount of new passives and weapons so i can cheese some basic attack levels by picking the cards from the first 5 elites) or you just fall behind the leveling curve. (he is also very reliant on getting projectile weapons that crit and if you don't have uwu blaster he is trash in boss fights especially before extra mobs spawn)

Full anima power makes soloing extreme super easy on all champs. Just get uwu gun for DPS and iceblast armor for survival. Ramming runner, with haste are ideal from Yumi. The one that gives +5% DMG per card picked up is nice if gotten early as well. I say this having solo'd extreme aatrox with each char.

The only challenge is to play solo. Duo is just free win especially with something like leona. Leona is one of those champs that can go full damage and still not lose a bit of health. She can solo extreme even aatrox. Add an adc to that and its not even possible to lose.
