The lead singer Dee Snider celebrated his 68 birthday last week. A true metal icon 🤘❤
Yes, indeed, when this track first dropped, the visual aspect was pretty shocking, but the lyrics were absolutely 100% spot on. As always, love your comments and critique of this song. You two always "get it". 🤩
Dee testified before Congress in defense of freedom of speech and against censorship. He's a legend in the metal community.

So did John Denver, thats when the two became friends,Dee developed a great respect for John after that.
Here in México this Song is very popular...we sing the chorus in spanish "Huevos con aceite" (eggs with oil) and Dee the vocals is a AWESOME guy! Hes recorded this song with MARIACHI !! Jaja he loves México and spanish lenguaje...the Final Concert of T.S. was in my city Monterrey México ❤
This is what you would call a rock anthem.
One of the great hymns of my youth. Great reaction. Take care and stay healthy. Greatings from Germany
Saw them twice in Balingen /Germany. One of the best concerts in my life.
I love this song very much and i hear it often ! Love you all ! Greatings and love from germany ♥️♥️🥰♥️♥️🥰♥️♥️
i saw them in concert here in Chicago. great song, party on! They do not worship devil
The “father” played in Animal house as ROTC officer Neidermeyer, this is a revise of his scene in dressing down Flounder of Delta house.
I grew up on Long Island NY where Dee grew up and the band played at a local club called Speaks quite often and always rocked the place!!👍🏻👏🏻
Dee Snyder testified before Congress in the 80s on this topic. He was very articulate and authentically Dee. It's on KZread, its great.
U brought me back to highschool.....lol thanx❤🤘. By the way I luv ur Pluto shirt.
With the MTV music videos often were like short films. Michael Jackson's Thriller music video directed by John Landis is probably one of best examples. As well as many other 80s Metal bands, Twisted Sister was good fun for the teenagers. Some of the grownups and officials taking an offense of course just made it better.
This is kind of their signature song back in the days. Another great song by them is "The Price" kzread.info/dash/bejne/h6SavMV-mtLWiag.html Tommy Johansson from Sabaton has made a cover/tribute of the same song as well: kzread.info/dash/bejne/gaSEzteeeKm0kpc.html
Nice reaction. Greetings from Mexico City 🇲🇽
The actor playing the father was using his character from the movie “Animal House”. A true classic.
Ahhhh the soundtrack of my misspent youth. 🤘🏻😎
its taken from a movie called ' animal house'
The Michael Jackson video you're thinking about is "Black or White."
For me this is an Anthem for the response of the world against the war in Ukraine. Bit serious perhaps, but still.... Btw, the speech he gave in congress at the time is legendary. Still online on yt
Yep, you guys need to watch the movie “Animal House.” Maybe even do a reaction to it. That’d be fun 👍
Dee Snyder ❤
And also was Ratt, they have a video music showing that disdain for many, families and including communist countries. For example I was metal head in those times and I struggled to be accepted in coffee shops, and others places. I dreamt to dressed like them, leather, chains, boots but I couldn’t. First money ☹️and the exposure for sure But were times that I enjoyed and sadly never comeback Keep it up
The bands make up and name was originally influenced by UK Pantomimes especially Cinderella!
This is a great song
Here You can hear Dee Snider defend Metal Music in court: kzread.info/dash/bejne/Y4OXx8ujf6i8obg.html

You know what you get when u put nuns in a blender = twisted sister
Are you aware that your husband looks like a young ICONIC Sid HAIG. THE AMERICAN ACTOR FROM, THE DEVILS REJECTS, HOUSE OF A THOUSAND CORPSES; ROB ZOMBIES, "HALLOWEEN". ECTRA.
dee snider was best friends with none other than john denver. odd but true. they both spoke "in" congress regarding the parental advisory stickers being required for albums which some parents/karens felt were "offensive". luckily those stickers went away. in my opinion, it is the parents job to "sensor" their children if they see fit, but to demand that no children should listen to this that or the other just because? not freedom of speech nor expression!!! just sayin'.
Ok, the last 2-3 minutes was so outdated. Btw. It's not complicated. But omg, were you guys just trying to have a longer clip or something?
Animal house
Great song listening to whistle sister in the 80s like them a lot. That skit when he's yelling at a son if you get a chance to ever watch animal you'll understand it then. That was a great movie with John Belushi. I think it came out in the late 70s
