When it comes to making a wish in Twisted Metal, I feel like you literally need to bring a 200 slide Powerpoint with various diagrams and models of what you want and the exact way you want it in order to not get tricked.

that's, kinda the whole point. That what you wish for is what you get, and what you wish for is the interpretation of what you say. Do note, the ones who wish for revenge, tend to get more straightforward results for their wishes. Axle from 2 for example, wished for the strength to face his father. He got that, and ripped his own hands and feet off to prove his strength to his father, which in truth traumatized the old man. Or look at the wishes from TMB, and how a lot are for revenge. They all get what they want when they do that. No Face, Dark Side, Mr Grimm, and several others wanted revenge on who wronged them. They got exactly that.

@@datagrab That's likely because they weren't the original endings, known as the "lost" endings that were live action recordings. The double-crossing didn't really work as text so they just had to simplify them. Warthog originally didn't get the flight recorder. Spectre becomes living again and Calypso shoots him. The Assassin lady in the sandrail (forgot her name) doesn't get Calypso and he instead sneaks up and shoots her. You can watch comparisons between the original/cut/lost endings with the text endings straight after each one on YT by a guy called "BDCool213."

He's in charge of this twisted metal because once he wished to be the star of twisted metal. Thats the reason why he's kind of the mascot in the series. But after some years he became jelaous of Calypso so he overthrew him and stole his ring with his dwarf clowns. Also there is no reason why Melvin (the small clown) is talking for Needles, (Sweet Tooth)

Orbital's ending was good too. In fact, it was the only ending that feels like it would be in the other games. I also thought Goggle Eyes ending was decent too. It was literally a play on the words "Butterflies in your stomach".

Calypso and Rob Zombie have the best endings, by far. :) I still play this game to this day.

Pure Twisted Metal? Jaffe (one of the creators) had nothing to do with this game. This was a licensed bought out game that 989 Studios published. It’s a TM knock off.

Fun fact: The voice actor for General Warthog also voiced the drill sgt in Half Life Opposing Force and the grunts

My favorite endings throughout this series will always be the ones where the winner tries to stop calypso or whoever is hosting the tournament. The mortician dude from the second game with the ghosts, this game that robot guy. In this one calypso fights back against sweet tooth. Minion from the second game straight up drags calypso to hell. That terrible RC car game that came after this one had a couple. I just enjoy seeing characters smart enough to know that the host can’t be trusted and has to be stopped as quickly as possible once they’re out in the open.

I love how with all of the weapons , Calypso resorts to good old fashioned blunt force trauma .

Orbital: I knew exactly what would happen when he said that. Calypso was way better at trolling. Pizza Boy: Well, the only thing that made it hard to predict what would happen is the fact that I didn't even understand what the hell he was saying. Captain Grimm: Did they really replace one of the signature characters with a pirate? Also, the parrot is the one in control? Calypso: As awesome as this is, was a ring really the source of his power all along? I guess that makes a bit of sense considering a wishgranter did live in a ring in Arabian folklore. Quatro: Why was the robot given subtitles and not Pizza Boy? Goggles: Ok, who invited a member of the Brotherhood of Mutants? Meter Maid: Haha, ok, I love this one. A nice way for the bad guys to get consequences. Warthog: Kinda sad this guy wasn't played by R Lee Ermey. Ah yes, nothing more powerful than a child's imagination. Microblast: I find it really hard to beleive the freakin Leprechaun needs help being powerful. Trashman: This one is already a reality. The Jones': Pretty glad this one ended the way it did. Drag Queen: Sweet Tooth actually fulfilled it this time? Eh?? Rob Zombie: Was he partially controlling the clown? At least it makes more sense that a real life celebrity gets what he wants in this game. Custom: Err... I'd like a more stable economy?

Calypso's ending is by the far the best and makes the most sense. It's HIS competition after all!

Twisted Metal 4 is underrated. Sure its not good as Twisted Metal 2 or Black but its definitely better than Twisted Metal 3 and 989 Studios learn from there mistakes and try to improve upon it predecessor. Also I really love Sweet Tooth design in this game an psychopathic clown dress up in a ringmaster outfit is brilliant!

No one is spared, because sweet tooth wants all souls. Also, this game needs to be revived...

7:20 i am still uncertian if thats jacksepticeye for the voice actor plus what made the joneses think asking sweet tooth to be their chauffeur was a good idea

at 7:30 the man sound like jacksepticeye to me it is super funny.
