Whitney. Hire some help. A nanny, a house manager, or someone to come in and clean. I find we as women take on soooo much, that we run ourselves down. So much so that anxiety and nervous break downs happen. There is NOTHING wrong with hiring some help. It’s not like you’ll be sitting eating bon bons 😂 I have someone come and clean once week. Of course, we clean in between but deep cleaning. I leave it to her 🙂

Thank you sis! 💯💯 I’ve considered it truly, but I have serious trust issues with strangers coming into my home 😩 And I can be really germophobic so I feel like it’s so hard for me to trust someone else’s cleaning. And trust that they won’t do something weird to my toothbrush… I dunno lol. I have trust issues clearly! I really would like to be able to get the help. I hired a nanny when Theo was a baby! For like 6 months - but I would never leave her alone with him 🤣🤣 She had to come with me to the office and the most I would leave her alone was in the living room while I filmed. It’s so hard for me to let go, smh…

I feel you! My mom is the same way, and while she did get something stolen from a house keeper once, it’s just things. I’m an operations and strategy manger now as an adult & ive learned that while it sucks to trust someone and be disappointed. That’s life! When you create a shell around yourself you keep out so many great opportunities. It’s important to learn to ask for help when you need it. It’s okay to make mistakes & be hurt. That’s life 🤷🏾‍♀️, but you keep out the good when you’re trying to keep tight hold on keeping out the bad. (But do your through research, I’m not saying that).

XOXO!! Hey sis! You are certainly not alone 💯🤗 Omg, this is the hardest life adjustment ever EVER! 😭💯💯 It’s the exhaustion and the anxiety. I feel you! We CAN DO THIS! It took me a while to get used to it, but it’s working! Just make sure you get your rest. I used to be able to stay up and work at night, burn candle at both ends, but now that I’m single I’m in bed (most nights - not tonight lol bc I uploaded) at the same time as them 7:30/8pm. And I LITERALLY still feel tired when I wake up in the am. But do what you gotta do to get that rest. I’m able to handle it so much better with my rest. You got this! 👑👑👑 And I’m really sorry to hear about the trauma and divorce. I hope that you are able to heal and get through it peacefully 🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️

As a married women of 34 years, to a man I have be with since I was 17, I’m proud of you. I which other young women can be inspired to see the stages you went through, with the final conclusion that you and the children comes first. God don’t make mistakes, and you are exactly where you need to be, I’m only married because it works. Women can’t lose themselves because of a man. Wow! Relationship wise so similar! I appreciate you for sharing this! I am literally in similar situation it’s been a year focusing on my kids & healing. I’m much better than I was a year ago, very broken, diagnosed major depression, un recognizable to myself. I gave and gave, he took & took. Those men can be selfish if it doesn’t serve them anymore. They want to be center and apple of your eye. And they don’t realize they are. But there in lies the problem. I started dating my now separated husband age 19 married 4 years later, I’m about to be 34 now. My life surrounded around him & my children after we start having kids. You have a career whereas I let him lead in all areas, I left the relationship with nothing had to return with my mom to start over. But God is an amazing force, hindsight I needed to let that go. All my needs met & were loving in our own mobile home just me and my girls. I felt stress about cleaning and everything, but now it’s easier 😊❤

Dang I kinda figured this months ago but I’m not the one to ask no one about their personal life . However I’m sad to hear this I loved the family vlogs. I’m certain it was tuff decision, prayers for the both of you to be healed in the areas that y’all didn’t see Eye to eye on . 🥺🥺🥺😢
