So I assume that's some sort of special shoe/saddle soap? It's looks real nice once wiped off

That's right, it is artisan soap that gently removes dirt and when absorbed by the shoe it does not damage the leather

Don't you have to remove the shoe laces in order to clean and shine the shoe tongue?
