    LOL The people who protested what he did - LOL They don't get it!!! His experiment was for 30 DAYS not a lifetime, and his POINT, which the "experts" missed is that it is calories that counts towards weightloss, not some hocus pocus keto or crunchy mommy vegan, it all comes down to calories.

    I eat whatever I want and still lose weight doing intermittent fasting it's all in moderation if you don't allow yourself a cheat meal you'll fall off your healthy life style

    The other day I ate a whole regular sized bag of potato chips only and weighed in a pound less the next morning .His point is it'doesnt matter what you eat .Its about how much you eat. Excessive eating is bad for you,not junk food

    For people who can't control their hunger, food choice matters because some foods make you full whereas others don't. If you can work without eating that's great, if you combine this with foods that makes you full, even greater. Food list of most satiating foods: Scandinavian rye bread Eggs Lean meat Vegetables Potatoes

    Junk food is still bad for you, it just doesn't inhibit losing weight if you fit it in your daily calorie deficit.

    Heres a fact "Bad foods" such as junk food isnt bad food. Its food, You need it to survive. Its ONLY bad food if you eat HUGE amounts of it. Just one pizza per day wont do any harm.

    you can eat whatever the hell you want and lose weight if you reduce your calorie intake it dont matter what it is but i think the sandwich diet is a whole lot more healthy than twinkies

    Counting calories might be the easiest way to lose weight because you can eat anything. You won't binge on restricted foods (because nothing's restricted), fall off the wagon, and give up. Plus, keeping a calorie journal gives me a daily sense of accomplishment.

    @@inparis5724 Slow but consistent with no regain (I don't weigh myself, my clothed fit differently and I see more muscular definition) Took a break after 3 months, but it was like my appetite just naturally decreased and I didn't gorge anyway. Back on it now but including the protein shakes for more satiety, and more fruits and veggies and 12;8 intermittent fasting. Losing a little faster when I did that. This method really helped me bust through a plateau without losing my mind. Thanks for asking!

    So what he really ate was... protein shake + vitamins + veggies. And then one twinkie and a small bag of chips per day. All under 1800 calories a day. No @#$% he lost weight and did fine. Now... take out the protein shake, the vitamins, and the veggies. That would have made it interesting.

    He exercised everyday I think that's key, of course calorie counting is important, but most obese people don't exercise enough. I used to be obese and the hardest part for me wasn't watching my calorie intake, it was forcing myself to exercise EVERY day for at least an hour.

    I eat what I want in portion size and lose weight. BBQ chicken, ribs, pulled pork, burgers with cheese and fried onion straws, and of course wash that all down with a beer. . As long as calories in . Every "diet" out today is just a gimmick to trick you into consuming fewer calories than you use during the day. Every. Single. One. Keto, Paleo, Weight Watcher, etc. It's all a gimmick to do the thing we all have known works since ancient times: STOP EATING TOO MUCH! . Now yes, you do need to include veggies and fruits, which I do. But those hardly count for anything as long as you don't load them up with dressing or a half pound of butter.

    i tried the girl scout cookie diet for 3 days and ended up having diarrhea and puking at the same time on the 4th day. never eating them again. i'm joking about the diet part but i did eat nothing but girl scout cookies for 4 days and that's what happened to me.

    The show says he lost 27 lbs in 10 weeks, so that's 0.38 lbs per day. A pound of fat consists of 3,500 calories, so to loose that much fat he have to be at about 1000 calorie deficit per day. Interesting, though because the video said he was eating 1800 calories per day, which means on a 1000 calorie deficit he's burning 2,800 a day. Seems high based on his age, size, and modest exercise. My guess is probably 5-8 lbs of that was water weight, not actual fat. Still, he's gotta be shorting himself around 600-700 calories per day to lose that much weight in 10 weeks.

    I wonder why keto wasn’t working for me. Af first it did like other diets but then they stopped working. But junk food tends to have more calories in them than regular foods. If you have to just use it to meet your calorie deficit and that’s it!

    I bet he also lost a shitload of muscle. Twinkie diet works, but it's dangerous because you are lacking crucial vitamins, complex carbs and protein.

    You are a fucking idiot. It says in the video that he took vitamins and protein shakes. Also, about complex carbs, do you even know what those are? Complex carbohydrates are starches.
